All of our produce is carefully sourced across the British Isles. For us, seaonality is key to everything we cook and produce. Our menus will change regularly to allow for true and proper seasonal changes. We allow the ingredients to speak for themselves without complication. We have a close relationship with our producers to ensure the best possible ingredients are served on our plates.

We will always try to offer an interesting and eclectic wine list that will embrace the growers and wine makers with a different approach. Our real ale will always be kept and served in its best possible condition as real ale belongs in every great British pub. Barry Vera is a renowned chef, author, TV and radio presenter who has a true passion for food and restaurants. His roots were spent growing up in traditional pubs in Yorkshire. With over 35 years of experience running 5 Star restaurants and hotels around the world, Barry is a big believer that food brings people together, where friendships are formed, relationships are built and new tastes are founded.
